The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 8th June, 2020 has inter alia considered and approved the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares to existing equity shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 i.e; 1 (One) bonus Equity Share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only), fully paid up for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share, held by the shareholders on a record date, subject to statutory and other required approvals. <BR>
