1. Approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with 'Limited Review Report' submitted by M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015. Copy of the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith for your records. 2. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the reappointment of Mr. Gaurang Shashikant Ajmera (DIN: 00798218) as an Independent Director of the Company for second term of 5 (five) years with effect from 13 December, 2024 to 12 December, 2029 subject to approval of the shareholders of the company.
