This is to inform you that the Trading Window for the shares of the Company for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees/ Insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from October 1, 2020 and shall be opened 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held, inter-alia, for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2020.<BR>
