This is to inform you that the Trading Window for the shares of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees/ Insiders of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from July 1, 2024 and shall be opened 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held, inter-alia, for the purpose for considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2024.
