This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, 29th July, 2024, inter alia, has considered and proposed the Appointment of Mr. Ritesh Zaveri (DIN: 00054741) presently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, as the Whole-time Director of the Company for the period of 3 consecutive years, with effect from 1st October, 2024 or the date of the RBI Approval whichever is later and along with the approval of member's at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The above proposed appointment is based upon the recommendations of the Nomination Remuneration Committee of the Company.
