We would like to inform you that the Board meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on Wednesday , the 14th February, 2024 at 04:00 PM at its corporate Office at D-61 , Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi 110020 to inter alia transact the following businesses: To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the Company''s Auditor. In accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate , monitor and report trading by insiders , adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results, i.e. up to 16th February, 2024. The trading window will resume from 17th February, 2024
