WINSOME BREWERIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We would like to Inform that the Board meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2024 at 04:00 PM. at its corporate Office, D-61, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi- 110020 to consider and approve inter-alia, Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024. In accordance with the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders , adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 20215, SEBI (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for the designated persons from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e up to 01st June (both days inclusive). The Trading window will resume from 02nd June.
