Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment)Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all its directors, designated person(s), connected person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from 0 1 st July 2022, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
