This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI( Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all its director(s) , KMP''S, designated person(s) , connected person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st October 2023, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.
