WIPRO LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Restructuring

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that merger Designit North America, Inc., (step-down subsidiary) with Wipro Designit Services, Inc. (step-down subsidiary) is completed and is effective from July 1, 2024.
