WIPRO LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>1. Administrative Committee of the Company's Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution effective date February 13, 2015 resolved to issue and allot 12245 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.<BR><BR>2. Administrative Committee of the Company's Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution effective date February 13, 2015 resolved to issue and allot 8184 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- to JP Morgan Chase Bank, the Companys depository as underlying shares m respect of ADRs to be issued and allocated to the purchasers, pursuant to the exercise of the stock options granted to the employees under the Companys ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan- 2004.
