With reference to the news appeared in Business Standard dated June 08, 2015 captioned "Wockhardt dips after the US FDA asks to recall drugs", Wockhardt Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We would like to state that the Company had already informed the exchange on 28th April, 2015 and 15th May, 2015 about recall of products.<BR><BR>Further, the Company keeps the exchange informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with regulatory requirements. In present case, we do not have any important information / announcement to be shared.<BR><BR>In the event that there is any development that requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we will make the same in accordance with the regulatory requirements."
