WOCKHARDT LTD. - Outcome of ESOS Compensation Committee

Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that ESOS Compensation Committee of the Company, at its meeting held on May 06, 2016 has approved grant of 2,23,500 stock options to the employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2011.<BR><BR>The Committee also took note of lapse of 1,08,750 stock options.
