WYETH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Wyeth Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code"), that the Trading Window for trading in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed with effect from October 22, 2014 to November 07, 2014, both days inclusive. Shares of the Company cannot be bought or sold by all designated employees, their spouse and dependent children during this period.
