Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015, read with Schedule III of said Regulation, We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today i.e, 30th May,2024 based on recommendation of NRC Committee, has approved appointment of Mr. Sridhar Pentela (ICSI Membership No. A55735) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company. His effective date of appointment is 17th June, 2024
