The tenure of Mr. Manvinder Singh Walia (DIN: 07988213), as Executive Director, and Mr. Ajit Kumar Mittal (DIN: 02698115), as Non-Executive Director, came to an end today, and their resignation was noted by the Board alongwith their valuable contribution during their tenure.
