Yaari Digital Integrated Services Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In Compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2024 ("Results"). The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of Results will be intimated in due course.
