In Compliance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024.
