As per provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Yash Management & Satellite Limited, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the company by any Insider covered under the said code will be closed from Thursday, August 3, 2017 to Tuesday August 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
