Yash Pakka Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Yash Pakka Limited (the "Company") shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2022 for all Designated Team Members (Employees), Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2022, become generally available. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2022 will be intimated to you in due course of time.
