The Exchange had sought clarification from Yes Bank Ltd with respect to news appearing on DNA on August 18, 2015 titled "IndusInd, YES Bank eye RBS's India portfolio"<BR> <BR>Yes Bank Ltd replied stating "Pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and with respect to the media reports on the subject "Induslnd, YES BANK eye RBS's India Portfolio." on August 18, 2015, we would like to submit that YES Bank does not comment on speculative news appearing in the media. The Stock Exchanges will be informed if and when there is any material developments requiring stock exchange intimations."
