Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To approve the Audited Annual/Quarterly Financial Results for the year/quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
