As per Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives of the Company read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close from Monday, 01st April, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after Audited Financials Results for the fourth Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2024 generally made available to public.
