Yuken India Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company was held on September 09, 2014, for appointing Company Secretary in compliance with the provisions of section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 and clause 47(a) of the listing agreement.
