Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024. 2. Any other matters with the permission of the chair, if any. In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window vide letter dated June 29, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for the Specified Persons from July 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till August 16, 2024.
