As on March 31, 2023, the paid up equity share capital of the company was Rs. 9,06,56,406 and the net worth was negative Rs. 4,41,41,687 which falls below the specified threshold limits. Hence the company is not required to comply with the provisions under Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations, pertaining to filing of the Annual Secretarial Compliance report for the year ended March 31, 2024. We assure to comply with the respective provisions as and when they become applicable.
