With reference to the above captioned subject, please find enclosed herewith the notice of 13th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 17th September, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) approved by the Board in its meeting held on August 19, 2021. The company has completed dispatching the same along with the Annual report for the financial year 2020-21 to its shareholders on August 25, 2021.<BR> <BR> This enclosure is now being submitted under Regulation 30 and schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
