This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in respect of securities of the company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will subsequently remained closed for all directors, officers, designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023.
