In accordance of Reg 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2023 based on certificate received from Bigshare Services Private Limited (RTA), which is enclosed herewith we hereby confirm that during quarter ended 30th September 2023 neither the company nor the RTA has received any request for rematerialization of securities (equity shares) of the company as the entire shareholding is in Dematerialization form.
