Zeal Aqua Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing with securities will remain closed for all directors, officers, designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after announcement of unaudited financial statements for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
