Zeal Aqua Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities will remain close for all directors, officers, designated employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024.
