Re-appointment of following Directors, subject to approval of the shareholders:<BR> Mr. Amitabh Kumar (DIN:00222260), who retires by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment; and<BR> Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta (DIN : 02223210) as a Non - Executive Independent Director of the Company for the second term of five consecutive years and continuation of his office beyond his attaining the age of seventy five years.
