This is to inform that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company''s Code of Conduct for regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st January 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Third Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the company for the Third Quarter and Nine months ending on 31st December 2021 will be intimated in due course.
