ZEN Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2014.<br/><br/>The Dividend, if any, declared by the Members of the Company will be paid within 30 days of Annual General Meeting i.e. on or before October 26, 2014.
