Zenith Birla (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, have: <BR><BR>1. Decided, not to delist its equity shares traded on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).<BR><BR>2. Decided to shift the registered office of the Company within the same city to 5th Floor, Industry House, 159 Churchgate Reclamation, Mumbai - 400 020, with immediate effect.
