Zenith Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the stay on the winding up order of Zenith Infotech Limited (order dated December 13, 2013) has been extended by the Division Bench of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court from the original date of April 16, 2014 to April 21, 2014 and it is expected that the Division Bench of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court will deliver its judgment on April 21, 2014 in the appeal filed by Zenith Infotech Limited.
