The Share Transfer Book and the Member's Registers of the Company shall remain closed from 24/09/2022 to 30/09/2022 (both days inclusive) and the Cut -oFF date is 23/09/2022. The remote e-voting period begins on September 27, 2022 at 9.00 A.M. and will end on September 29, 2022 at 5.00 P.M.
