ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting - Change in Statutory Auditor

Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has, at its meeting held on December 20, 2016, approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18, subject to approval of the Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting in place of the current Statutory Auditor Price Waterhouse whose term expires as per the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules formed thereunder.
