Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6.50 per Equity Shares (65%), subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting.
