Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Directors on October 10, 2014 has allotted fully paid up 20,542 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to its employees.
