Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2016, has recommended payment of Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (50%) of the Company for the FY 2015-16.
