Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on July 24, 2014,has appointed Ms. Madhabi Buch as Additional Director on the Board of Director of the Company.<br/><br/>Ms. Madhabi Buch shall be an Independent and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company.<br/><br/>The Appointment will be effective from September 30, 2014.
