Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Pedriano Investments Limited, who is one of the Promoter Group Company of Zensar Technologies Limited has amalgamated with Sofreal Mercantrade Private Limited, vide a scheme of amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay.
