Zensar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, approved the Notice of Postal Ballot for seeking Shareholders approval for the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. P. K. Choksey, Mr. A. T. Vaswani, Mr. Venkatesh Kasturirangan, Mr. P. K. Mohapatra and Ms. Madhabi Puri Buch as an Independent Directors not liable to retire by rotation.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointment of Dr. Ganesh Natarajan as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2015.
