This is to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors was held today, at the Corporate Office of the Company, situated at 601 - 602, 6th Floor A Wing, ICC Trade Tower, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune-411016. In the said meeting, the Board of Directors approved to incorporate two companies, as wholly owned subsidiary, of the Company, to acquire certain industrial land and undertake certain permissible business activities.
