In furtherance of our letter dated April 21, 2022 and June 23, 2022, in which we had informed about incorporation of two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries to acquire Industrial Land, we have to now inform that Industrial Land has been allotted by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Nashik, in MIDC industrial area situated at Supa Parner Industrial Park, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra to both the Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of the Company
