Pursuant to Regulation 29 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 12th day of August, 2017 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Un-Audited Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 in terms of Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> Further, please note that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for Board Members and Designated Persons w.e.f. 6th August, 2017.<BR> <BR> The trading window will be open upon the expiry of 48 hours of the newspaper publication of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR>
