Zim Laboratories Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

This is with reference to the earlier intimation dt. 28.06.2023 wherein the Company had informed about the investment of AUD 9,900 to be made in an Australian Company namely ZIMTAS Pty Ltd. In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has invested AUD 9,900 in the equity shares of ZIMTAS Pty Ltd. Post investment the Company holds 99% of the total share capital of ZIMTAS Pty Ltd
