Zim Laboratories Ltd - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby furnish the details of loss of share certificate received from Link Intime India Private Limited RTA of our Company against the request from Shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificate and accordingly RTA has marked stop transfer until Duplicate Share Certificate is issued.
