Zim Laboratories Ltd - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby furnish the the details of loss of share certificates received from Link Intime India Private Limited, RTA of our Company against the request of the shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificates and accordingly RTA has marked stop transfer until duplicate shares are issued.
